WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

You have the right to return the whole order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. For the refund process, note on the change form that you want a refund to be made to one of the cooperating banks and indicate the bank, the name of the beneficiary and the account number (IBAN) to which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 4 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of a deposit in a different bank, the bank costs are borne by the customer (bank account holder) and not the depositor. The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with the law.

Defective products

Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, any anomaly related to any defects with a relevant e-mail. The product must be in its original condition, packaging and original product markings. In the event that after the receipt of the products by our company and if they are also found to be defective, we will contact you within 15 days so that you can inform us in writing by e-mail if you wish to return the price and the method of return or replacement of the product with the same product if there is availability or with products of equal value.
